How we do this
I provide a bespoke service, tailored to your needs.
You might opt for some, or all of the following:
Healthy Habits workshops - a health and wellbeing experience for your staff to adopt real, impactful changes in their lives (In-person or Zoom drop-ins, staff Q & A)
Training and presentations - I’m happy to come to your AGM, Team meetings or Away Day to support your initiatives.
Internal Communications support - I can assist your team (if you have one!) and provide tailored e-newsletters, incorporating your branding and requirements - ask me for a sample!)
Shift Work support - I work with companies who have staff working long shifts, and have different needs to those in a standard workday. I provide expert advice, and support for these groups (as someone who worked shifts for 20+ years!)
WORKPLACE WELLBEING
Creating thriving places to work
You care about the wellbeing of your people. We know that because if you didn't, you wouldn't be here. You likely have policies and services in place already, but you want to increase engagement in them, and create an organisation full to the brim of healthy, happy, and engaged people.
As a society we’ve never been better technologically connected, but isolation and loneliness are on the increase. It has an estimated cost of over £2.5 billion to UK employers every year in employee turnover and lost productivity.
Cue one global pandemic, and isolation is at record levels.
As we now venture out of our homes once more, it’s crucial we structure our working practices going forward, whether it be the office full-time, part-time, or remote, we need to ensure colleagues are thriving, not just surviving.
If you want to create a culture of wellness within your organisations, it’s important to start with connection and purpose. And it’s my mission to help you get there.
“Daz’s program was exceptional: staff who took part made big changes to their eating habits and lifestyles, improving their overall wellbeing - the majority also stuck with the changes!”

QUANTIFIABLE RESULTS
If you’re thinking “this all sounds great, but how do we measure it?”
I know how important results are to your company and use biometric scales to provide a breakdown of figures indicating improvement in health. You can use these statistics for annual reports, or as evidence when you apply for an award for how well you’ve invested in your employee’s health and wellbeing!
“Engagement was really positive - Daz's informative, relaxed style made the group comfortable discussing issues they encounter in their business every week”Jon Hurrell Chief Executive of the Cornwall Manufacturing Group.
“We would recommend any company looking to invest in a healthier future for their staff to talk to Daz and see what he can do”

Kinetic Energy is built on three principles.
The Kinetic Energy mission is to empower you to make a real lifestyle change and deliver greater understanding, education and guidance of positive health and wellbeing through nutrition and exercise.
My three tiered approach
I’ll be your strategic partner, as you run your wellbeing proposition for your staff.
Our work will be tailored to your unique business needs (I know there’s no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to engagement!)
But to give you an idea, my work is based around three tiers of wellness
FITNESS
Our body is a moving machine, designed to move everyday. Your staff will feel the benefits of exercise, fitness or being active in physical and mental health returns that can never be underestimated.
Better fitness leads to more focused, attentive and engaged employees, with the cognitive capacity to do more, create more (and think outside of the box!)
NUTRITION
One of the crucial areas of health and wellbeing is the food we eat. How your staff fuel their bodies for everyday performance is a big factor in their happiness.
A balanced wholesome diet can make all the difference to physical and mental health. Employees who eat well have better health outcomes, fewer incidences of sick leave, absence, and a more positive work experience.
WELLNESS
Your staff are more engaged in work tasks when they are eating well, sleeping enough, and feel that your organisation cares about them.
Small, continued habits help your staff to incorporate physical, mental and social wellbeing into their daily lives.
